She is owner and COO for a Colorado firm focused on helping clients achieve objectives for civil engineering matters. She is a University of Denver law graduate and Colorado attorney. As a military lawyer, she advised clients in the courtroom and in combat. Specializing in Appropriations and National Security Law, she developed rapport with expert clients in highly technical and scientific fields, empowering them with practical, strategic solutions. After tours advising senior Pentagon officials through major leadership transitions, she culminated her service as General Counsel and senior legal officer for the Nation's 150,000 strategic and nuclear forces. She understands risk. Her deep sense of duty defines the trusted, enduring relationships she seeks to build with Otowi Group clients. Laura earned a Certificate in Project Management from Cornell University and holds an MS degree in National Security Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School.

She spends free time serving in community food banks, cherishing time with 4 daughters, and walking and fostering Bernese Mountain dogs- all with thanks to a great spouse.
